Acceptable Use Policy
Storyframe is a creative planning tool. These rules keep it safe, lawful and original for everyone.
Last updated July 25, 2026 · Governed by the laws of England and Wales
Storyboards are original sketch guides — do not use Storyframe to reproduce copyrighted footage, characters, dialogue or music. Plan only shoots you can carry out safely and lawfully: we will not help plan dangerous stunts, pyrotechnics, open-flame or traffic-grab shots, and you must follow the rules for drones and public spaces. Get permission from people you film and for private locations.
What you can do
- Plan your own videos — scripts, storyboards, shot lists, schedules and animatic previews.
- Export and print your plans, and share them with your own team or collaborators.
- Use the output as a starting point that you review, edit and make your own.
What’s not allowed
- Infringing anyone’s intellectual property, or planning content that copies a third party’s work, brand, characters or format.
- Unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory or violent content, or content that sexualises minors.
- Explicit sexual/adult content, or content promoting self-harm, illegal drugs, weapons or extremist activity.
- Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive content designed to mislead about identity or endorsement.
- Attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or to bypass usage limits.
- Uploading personal data of others without a lawful basis, or content you have no right to use.
People and locations
You are responsible for obtaining appearance/portrait permissions from people you record, model or property releases where needed, and permission to film on private premises. Commercial use of anything you capture is your responsibility.
No performance promises
Storyframe helps you plan; it does not promise results. We make no guarantee of views, followers, virality, revenue or platform approval. Any example numbers shown in the product are illustrative only.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or close accounts that breach this policy or the Terms of Service, and we may remove content or cooperate with lawful requests. Report concerns to support@heehawuk.shop. Last updated July 25, 2026.
