How billing works

Paid plans (Creator and Studio) are recurring subscriptions in USD, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Plan allowances reset each period and do not roll over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt email and in your account. When you cancel:

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You are not charged again after cancellation.
Your projects remain available while your account is open; you can export them at any time.

Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately and continuously:

We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period after it has started, and unused allowance is not refundable.
We will refund a charge made in genuine error (for example, an accidental duplicate charge) once verified.
Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants a refund or withdrawal right, we honour it.

If a result isn’t right

Generated scripts, storyboards and shot lists are creative aids and are meant to be adjusted. If a plan isn’t what you wanted, change your pitch or options and regenerate at no extra cost — regeneration is included in your plan. If something looks broken, contact us and we’ll help.

Free plan

The Pitch plan is free, so there is nothing to refund. It lets you try the full workflow before you subscribe.

Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you see a charge you don’t recognise, please contact us first at support@heehawuk.shop — most issues are resolved quickly. Card disputes are handled in line with Stripe’s published refunds and disputes process. Your statement descriptor is STORYFRAME.
