Do allowances roll over?
No. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and unused amounts do not carry forward. This keeps the subscription a service, not stored value.
Are there credits or top-ups?
No. Storyframe is a straight subscription. There are no credit packs, wallets or prepaid balances.
Which currency do you charge in?
All plans are priced and billed in USD. Your bank statement shows the descriptor STORYFRAME.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you train models on my scripts?
No. We do not use your inputs, generated scripts or storyboards to train models. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
Running a channel or a multi-episode series?
Tell us the shape of the run — episodes, cadence and the look you're after. A Studio specialist will map it to the series workspace and reply within one business day.
