Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and HEEHAW LIMITED for use of Storyframe. Please read them before you subscribe.

Acceptance
By using Storyframe you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Storyframe. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
The service
Storyframe is an online-only digital tool that turns a pitch into pre-production material: a script with hook and beats, a storyboard breakdown, a shot list, a shoot schedule, packing and edit notes, and an animatic preview. Outputs are creative aids, not finished footage, and are intended to be reviewed and edited by you. This is an online-only digital service with no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery; we provide no footage libraries, on-set services or professional (legal, financial or medical) advice.
Storyboards are original sketch guides. Storyframe does not use or produce copyrighted footage, characters, dialogue or music, and provides no stock library. You are responsible for the originality and legality of anything you film, for obtaining portrait/appearance permissions from people you record and permission for private locations, and for the safety of your shoot. We do not generate dangerous stunts, pyrotechnics, open-flame, or traffic-grab shooting plans; you must follow the rules that apply to drones and public places where you film.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Plan allowances reset each period and do not roll over. Subscriptions are a service, not stored value, and there are no credits or top-ups.
- Refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ownership and license
You keep ownership of your pitches and the creative content you generate. We keep ownership of the Storyframe software, brand and templates. Rights and licenses are set out in the Content License.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Generated material may be inaccurate or not to your taste and must be reviewed by you. We make no guarantee of audience reach, views, engagement or platform approval. See the AI Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEEHAW LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify HEEHAW LIMITED against claims arising from your content or your use of the service in breach of these terms.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach or where required by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Refund and dispute handling follows Stripe’s published refunds and disputes guidance.
